  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • Items without original packaging, missing accessories, or with visible signs of use.
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Return Process
