At zeki.ae, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Processing Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (Gulf Standard Time) are processed on the same day.
  • Handling Time: We require 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse in Dubai.
  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

3. Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote areas in the UAE (e.g., Western Region, Hatta, or far outskirts) may take an additional 1–2 business days. In rare cases, additional remote area surcharges may apply; if this occurs, our team will contact you before processing the order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders within Dubai only.

  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount available for the courier to avoid delays.
  • Couriers generally do not allow opening the package before payment is made.

6. Installation Services

If your order includes installation services the product will be brought by our installation (Partner) team and they will contact you.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged: If the packaging appears significantly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. If you accept a damaged package, please take photos before opening it to assist with any claims.
  • Lost: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] or +971-52-2842014 so we can investigate with the courier.
