2. UAE Sales Only

We currently sell, process, and deliver products exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, address verification issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Depends on approval for eligible areas within the UAE.
  • Bank Transfer: Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed in our account.

5. Pricing & Fees

All product prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Any applicable delivery fees or COD surcharges are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

6. Delivery

  • Timelines: Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates. While we strive to meet these targets, actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or access restrictions.
  • Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Optional Installation Services

Installation is a separate, paid service available for select products (e.g., smart locks).

By booking an installation, you confirm that:

  1. You have the necessary permissions (owner/building management) to modify the door/property.
  2. The installation area is structurally suitable.
  3. Safe access will be provided to our technicians.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled installation visit with less than 24 hours' notice, a visit fee of AED 100 Dubai AED 150 Sharjah and Ajman AED 200 all other States may apply.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window for "change of mind" returns, provided the item is:

  • Unused and not installed.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • In resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Warranty Claims

Products are covered under warranty where explicitly stated. Warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty Policy. Valid claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

In line with our commitment to sustainability and efficiency, we provide electronic invoices (e-invoices) for all purchases. These are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
